City Council Hearing Tomorrow 9/9

The council member is negotiating yes if a community center is built. We say No thank you. We need more than a community center. 

• Require Phipps to address the housing code violations in it's buildings before earmarking any more tax dollars to Phipps
• Require a public on going report back about the Brownfield remediation of the gas station
• Ask for cooperative apartments like Phipps Via Verde project
• Push for more low-income housing.

Why should Council member Feliz say no? What would you want to see? Testify tomorrow.
