The developer representative for three single-family lots on 83 St. NW (Bowness) is hosting an Open House for the community to share their plans on Wednesday, November 27, from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Bowness Community Centre

Preliminary plans available from the developer indicated that the three single-family lots would built out to accommodate a total of 26 units in three townhouses with onsite parking (garages) for 13 vehicles - the maximum density allowable under the new R-CG zoning.

Members of our 83 St. NW Neighbourhood are recommending a more modest proposal with 16 units and a better parking ratio more in keeping with our existing community's mix of new duplex infills and older duplexes and single-family homes.
