The WAVE and BAHIA MAR Projects are perfect examples of government incompetence and the arrogance of power. If these projects were dependent on funding from private capital they would have never even been proposed and if started they would be shut down in a heartbeat. But because it’s Other People’s Money (OPM) there is no limit to the risk and unlimited losses that unaccountable government Bureaucrats and Political Hacks are willing to drain from the pockets of TAXPAYERS.
