Is Commissioner Robert Mckensie a “plant” by Miami Developers of Bahia Mar? Commissioner Mckenzie rarely has any comments or questions in meetings and always votes for the Developers. Most of Mckenzie's campaign contributions came from Miami donors affiliated with the Miami based Bahia Mar developers, Tate and Rok. Is Mckenzie an operative of the Developers? According to investigative reporting articles in local newspapers, he was not even a resident of Fort Lauderdale when he was "elected" until he bought a two bedroom apartment (he has a family of 5 that live in that two bedroom?) His homestead residence is allegedly in Plantation. He also has a construction business. Does the company do any business with certain investors and developers from Miami related to Tate and Rok? Why did Mayor Seiler support Mckenzie, a non-resident of the District and the City? The same Miami-based families, friends, neighbor's, employees (and legal representatives!) of Rok and Tate contributed to Mayor Seiler's campaign too. Are Citizens and Taxpayers of Fort Lauderdale being played the fool?
