WHAT PETITIONERS ARE SAYING “The development is too dense, adding over 1,000 residents on the barrier island. The infrastructure cannot support this. Also, public land should not be used for private development. Too many unanswered questions and not enough respect for residents input. Also, as I look out on the Boat Show setting up, I cannot envision it working with this development. Rumor has it that the Show is not happy with the development. People do not want to be indoors to view boats and accessories if they can be outdoors, too. Please do not allow developers to dominate city residents!!!”
