As a loyal customer of Starbucks, I used to get the Cool Lime Refresher at least twice a week. It was the best drink that money could buy. Unlike other beverages that only promised refreshment, this drink provided it in the most satisfying way possible. I, like countless other loyal customers, have been deprived of this pleasure since 2017, when Starbucks inexplicably removed it from their menu. 

It stung even more when I learned that Starbucks cafes in Canada brought back the cool lime refresher. As a company born and prospering in the United States, it's puzzling that citizens of its home country are denied their favorite drinks, while it’s available across the border. 

The Cool Lime Refresher wasn’t just an average thirst-quencher. It was a drink celebrated for its well-balanced blend of sweet, tart, and zesty flavors — a symphony of taste that brought joy and reprieve from daily stress. Its discontinuation was a disservice to its vast fanbase, many of whom are willing to testify to the drink's excellence.

It’s time to bring back the Cool Lime Refresher. We’ve been parched, bereft, left adrift in search of an equivalent drink that simply doesn’t exist. We are asking Starbucks to give us – loyal and long-standing consumers – access to our favorite beverage again.
