Wrongful Termination

Debbie Da Silva has been a professional, compassionate and dedicated animal control officer for the Town of Bristol Rhode Island. She has positively impacted humans and animals lives and continued to be a pillar in the community.

Recently there was an incident  involving a dog attack and Debbie swiftly acted and saved a women’s life. After this she was fired, allegedly due to wanting to avoid insurance issues, and a possible lawsuit.

The victim of the attack has come forward and stated she wants Debbie back as the ACO and that without her she would have been killed. 

So if the victim wants Debbie Da Silva back in her position and the community wants her back, what is the reason she is still terminated? 

We need to take action by signing this petition and letting the town and police department officials know this must be corrected!
