The Issue

Tamara Davis, a dedicated employee, is facing untold hardships after being wrongfully terminated by Enbridge Gas Ohio. Despite an Arbitrator's clear decision awarding her immediate reinstatement with all lost wages and benefits, Enbridge stubbornly refuses to comply. This is not just a breach of contract; it's a blatant disregard for justice and fairness.

Tamara's plight is personal and poignant, not only to her family and colleagues but to all those who believe in worker rights and fair treatment in the workplace. Meanwhile, Enbridge is attempting to increase customer rates while channeling resources into legal battles against Tamara's rightful reinstatement, resources that could be used to repair infrastructure and provide better customer service.

The arbitration decision should have put an end to this dispute, as per the contract with Gas Workers Union Local G-555, Utility Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO which states that decisions of the arbitrator are final and binding on both the Company and Union. Tamara's ongoing struggle is a distressing example of corporate overreach and a failure to respect legally binding agreements.

We stand with Tamara and demand her immediate reinstatement. This is not just about one individual, but about upholding the principles of justice, respect, and lawful agreements in the employment sector. We urge Enbridge to honor the arbitration decision, reinstate Tamara Davis without further delay, and commit to more ethical practices in handling employee labor relations.

Join us in demanding justice and fair treatment for Tamara. Sign this petition to send a strong message to Enbridge and uphold the rights of workers everywhere.
