I have been a committed and respectful user of Discord for a considerable time, enjoying the ability to connect and communicate with my friends. Recently, my account was banned, following an incident of unwarranted attack from another user. Despite my appeals, Discord support, which is unfortunately overwhelmed with bot responses, has been unable to rectify the situation.

This isn't just about me. Discord has over 250 million users worldwide (source: Business of Apps, 2020), and the lack of proper support and ability to address issues like this could affect any one of them. It's not just an inconvenience; it's about maintaining vital connections with friends and communities.
