I am a frequent texter who finds it much easier to send YouTube videos through iMessage rather than having to open the YouTube app itself. As someone with a disability, I find this feature not only convenient but also sensory friendly. Recently, however, YouTube discontinued its iMessage app causing me anxiety due to the loss of this vital feature.

The removal of this app has disrupted my daily routine and made sharing content more difficult. It's not just about convenience; it's about accessibility too. According to World Health Organization, over 1 billion people live with some form of disability worldwide (WHO). This means that there could be millions like me who found solace in such features that catered to our unique needs.

YouTube is known for its commitment towards making their platform accessible and user-friendly for everyone. We believe reinstating the iMessage app would align perfectly with their mission statement which emphasizes on giving everyone a voice and showing them the world (YouTube).
