Stanford’s aerial arts program provides the Stanford community with a safe, supportive, accessible and affordable environment to learn and train aerial arts. Experiencing steady growth since its establishment in 2008, the Stanford aerial arts program clearly speaks to a diverse cross-section of students, faculty and staff. Emphasizing fitness, health and well-being, the Stanford aerial arts program builds self-confidence and encourages self-expression through unique, creative and performative means. The program is an important, innovative and student-initiated contribution to Stanford University, and very much representative of the Stanford spirit.
