Since the early days of broadcasting, football matches have been more than just about the sport. They have been a way to unite diverse cultures, create a sense of community, and provide enjoyment on a global scale. Part of this fanaticism and global camaraderie comes from something as simple as fans – 'football babes' – being spotted by cameramen during the event. However, it seems this tradition, which adds a touch of humanity and vibrance to the games, has faded away. A study from the Journal of Sports Media indicates that fans on screen can increase the emotional engagement of viewers (source: Journal of Sports Media). With this petition, we urge broadcasters to bring back these highlights of football babes to add to the excitement and communal spirit of watching football. Let's bring back the time-honored tradition of highlighting vibrant, passionate and beautiful fans with big jugs. Please sign this petition to show your support.
