The football pitch at Hartshill Park in Telford has been removed without warning or notice by the council depriving grassroots football teams of a ground to train and play on. 

The aim of this petition is to get the 9v9 pitch reinstated so that the children of the local community have a place to play football.

The pitch has been in place for over 30 years and this season our club was told the removal was on the grounds of complaints from local residents that footballs were causing a nuisance and damage to their property.
