As a person who considers the Chicken Big Mac as perhaps the best fast food chicken sandwich, it's been heartrending to no longer have access to it. The sandwich is known for its mouthwatering taste and unique composition, making it a favorite among several McDonald's customers like myself.

The eradication of the Chicken Big Mac from the menu is a significant loss not only for the customers, but potentially for McDonald's as well. According to the fast food giant's official data in 2019, the company made 40% of its revenue from the sale of its iconic burger line-ups, hence supporting the claim that burgers like the Chicken Big Mac are invaluable franchise drivers (source: McDonald's Corporation, 2019).

Considering this reward of customer satisfaction and revenue generation, we believe McDonald's would greatly benefit from the reintroduction of the Chicken Big Mac. Our aim is not to challenge the management's decisions, but rather, to bring attention to the wishes of their dedicated patrons.
