Our family has a heartfelt story to share. My wife, who has celiac disease, has always fondly enjoyed consuming the brisket at Buc-ee's. Order it she did, without the bun due to her celiac disease. It's disheartening to know that Buc-ee's no longer offers this option, making us and many others feel as if our dietary needs are not considered important.

Celiac disease affects about 1 in 100 people worldwide. A gluten-free diet is the only existing treatment for this medical condition and it's not just a lifestyle choice. There is a sizable customer demographic Buc-ee's is currently neglecting by not offering bun-less options with their meals (Source: Celiac Disease Foundation).

Buc-ee's, a renowned food stop in Texas, known for their mouth-watering brisket sandwich, can surely understand the simple accommodation of providing the same delectable brisket without the bun. By reinstating this option, Buc-ee's would make a strong statement that they care about all customers, irrespective of their dietary needs.

Therefore, we request Buc-ee's to reconsider and once again allow customers to order brisket sandwiches without the bun.
