Superintendent Rashon K. Hasan has been a pivotal leader in our school district, transforming the educational landscape and steering us towards excellence. Mr. Hasan always keeps student outcomes at the core of every deision he makes for the Plainfield Public schools. He has introduced innovative programs to our students, including the "4 Es" model for our graduating students, to ensure that a Plainfield graduate has a plan beyond their secondary education. empowering students with skills to excel not just academically, but also socially. He has been working tirelessly to ensure that regardless of where students live, regardless of which chools they choose to attend, understands the unique challenges our schools face and has been committed to addressing them with actionable solutions. Mr Hasan always solicits feedback from community members. He has created community roundtables, including for students and staff. and always feedback. As a dedicated leader, Mr. Hasan works tirelessly to bridge gaps, foster collaboration among educators, and cultivate an environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.

The decision to remove Superintendent Hasan jeopardizes the momentum we've achieved. Our district is at a critical juncture, and his leadership is more crucial than ever. We cannot afford to be fighting amongst ourselves when external forces conspire to tear us apart. His absence will stall our progress, affecting the education and future of thousands of students who depend on his commitment and expertise.
