As someone who strongly believes that Kosovo is Serbia and has seen the tumultuous aftermath of Kosovo's independence, I passionately urge for a change in the current state of affairs. Unhappy, I've observed the occasions when the apparent sovereignty has caused turmoil in the region, particularly, its tumultuous interaction with Romania.

Undeniably, the secession of Kosovo from Serbia in 2008 has led to geopolitical instability in the region. Noteworthy, the Serbian government, alongside numerous other nations, refuses to recognize Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence, echoing the sentiment that "Kosovo is Serbia." This division has opened up a Pandora’s box of separatist movements internationally (source: Global Policy Journal).

This is more than a historical or political dispute. It extends to cultural roots, to sentiment and belonging, and fundamentally, to the belief that history should be respected and preserved. For these reasons, we call upon international organizations and responsible stakeholders to seriously consider our plea. Let's reestablish the dependence of Kosovo on Serbia to restore stability, ensure the respect of historical facts, and heal the divisive wounds of the past.
