The recent removal of the Scoreboards App on Meta Quest VR headsets coincidentally removed the only way for millions of users to view and sort In-Progress and Completed Achievements on the platform. 

While the initial email regarding the App's removal last year was met with criticism, many believed Meta would be working to integrate Achievement viewing/sorting into the Meta Quest interface instead of through the separate Scoreboards app. 

The lack of a replacement solution following the App's removal has left millions of users confused on how to view their Achievement progress, especially upon receiving a pop-up notification informing the user of a completed task. This has led to numerous questions, comments, videos, and articles expressing the negative impact that this decision has had on users' experiences with Meta Quest.

Achievements are an integral part of any platform, whether on console (Playstation, Xbox, etc.) or PC (Steam), and provide many positive impacts to the platform's ecosystem. Whether a user is casually playing a game and receives a pop-up notification of a completed task, utilizing Achievements as motivation for reinforcing their fitess goals, or spending dozens of hours after a game's credits roll to experience every iota of the developers' hard work in reaching the Gold Star for 100% Completion, the proper integration of an Achievements system is beneficial to Meta, developers, and Quest headset users - especially when developers and studios are consistently integrating them into their games (Batman: Arkham Shadow, Behemoth, Asgard's Wrath 2, Demeo, and countless others).

The goal of this petition is to reinstate a proper way of viewing & sorting In-Progress & Completed Achievements by game, as well as the coveted gold stars for 100% completion of a game's Achievements, whether the solution be the the return of the Scoreboards App or an integration of the Achievement System into the Quest Interface.
