The investigation report appears to be in. Delaying a decision on the Dr. Cherniss’s reinstatement is no longer acceptable. It’s time for the board to lead with integrity and act. Our community deserves clarity, not more politics. Please share and sign before Tuesday’s board meeting. On April 8th the board can act to reinstate Dr. Cherniss!

What We’re Asking For & Why It Matters

Reinstate Dr. Cherniss now!

• What: After 3 months, the investigation into Superintendent Dr. Cherniss seems to be over. The board can demand the results and call a special meeting—just as they’ve acted quickly to remove administrators.
• Why? The delay is unnecessary and costly, especially given the board’s claims of financial mismanagement. This contradiction is unacceptable.

End the Board’s Wasteful Spending!

• What: Over $1 million has been spent on legal fees and interim staff—money that should go to students and programs, not political agendas.
• Why? The board claims to oppose wasteful spending, yet their actions contradict this outrage.

Hold the Board Accountable—Power Cannot Go Unchecked!

• What: Marylin Anderson, Carrie Buck, and Tricia Quintero are making major decisions behind closed doors without public accountability.
• Why? Unchecked power leads to abuse. We must demand transparency before more damage is done.
