We speak as an agitated and disappointed group of cheerleaders who have lost a guiding figure. Our coach, responsible for taking us to unprecedented heights, is unfairly, not given a chance to return. Under her leadership, we won 3 CIF Sectional titles, 2 CIF Regional titles, 1 CIF State title, and 1 National Championship. Such recognition was not mere luck or fate, but a product of relentless training, guidance, and direction from a coach who became a mentor and a friend.

The impact of her departure is immeasurable and far from insignificant. Our coaches resigned under duress due to the lack of equality and transparency. They asked for changes, for their return. The team has been denied opportunities and recognition. The District Athletic Director and Administration dismissed the request. We, the team, have respectfully requested our Athletic Director to allow our coaching staff to return. Yet, our pleas have fallen on deaf ears. Today, we turn to you, the public, to support us in our aim to reinstate our coach.

Imagine a world where outstanding performance is not a basis for retention. Picture a scenario where consistent success is overlooked. Regrettably, this is the reality that we currently face. It is an injustice that we are expected to accept and to which we vehemently object.
