Reinstate Novalee Pfeffer as the Robertson County Recovery Court IOP Program Manager

Reinstate Novalee Pfeffer as the Robertson County Recovery Court IOP Program Manager
The Issue
We, the undersigned, respectfully request the reinstatement of Novalee Pfeffer as the Outpatient Program Manager for the Robertson County Recovery Court Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Novalee’s leadership has been nothing short of transformational. Through her unwavering commitment, lived experience, and compassionate guidance, she has helped build a fellowship that has given countless individuals battling addiction the hope, tools, and community necessary to reclaim their lives.
Since assuming this role in May of 2024, the program she led has become a beacon of recovery in our county—offering structure, accountability, and, most importantly, the belief that recovery is possible. Her unique ability to lead with both professionalism and empathy has created an environment where participants feel seen, heard, and supported.
Removing Novalee from this critical role disrupts a deeply effective and trusted support system. We believe her reinstatement is vital not only to the continued success of the IOP, but to the recovery journeys of many who rely on the stability, strength, and hope her leadership provides.
We urge you to consider the voices of those impacted and to allow Novalee Pfeffer to continue the life-changing work she has so selflessly dedicated herself to.
