We all know him as a great dean and sports director, but he was much more than that for most of us. He was a person we could confide in. Layoffs, especially of such an important members of our community, can have a lasting impact on student success and overall morale. 

Academia Avance, like many schools across the country, faces its share of challenges. However, with leaders like our dean, we have always felt supported and guided. Losing someone like him significantly alters the school's dynamics and compromises the quality of education and support that students receive.

This petition isn't just about reinstating a dean. It's about preserving the quality of our learning environment and upholding the values that Academia Avance stands by.
