I am an ardent lover of musical theater and a devoted fan of the Orioles. I've been a season ticket holders for 7 years and planned my husband's 40th birthday at Camden Yards.  The unique blend of my two passions was beautifully encapsulated when "Magic to Do" from Pippin was played at all Orioles home games. Our love for the Orioles ahd Pippin was something that my husband and I both enjoyed. This tradition not only pumped me up, but it also added a completely original and exciting element to the game experience. No other team has as much magic. 

However, this tradition has been discontinued, much to my disappointment and that of many other fans. The song's uplifting lyrics and energetic melody created an atmosphere that is sorely missed.

The Baltimore Orioles have a rich history dating back to 1901, with numerous traditions that have come and gone over the years. But few have resonated as deeply or uniquely as playing "Magic To Do." It's more than just a song; it's part of our identity as fans.

We believe reinstating this tradition would not only enhance the overall game experience but also pay homage to our city's vibrant arts culture. Baltimore is home to over 100 theaters, including the theater company I manage, Sillpointe Theatre.
