This product was so delicious, so authentic, it managed to replace traditional cheese in almost every cooking scenario except for a cheese sandwich, which is quite impressive considering how challenging it can be to replicate the taste and functionality of cheese.

It felt like finding a nugget of gold on a regular grocery shopping trip, turning every meal into a delightful experience. Since it disappeared from the shelves, my meals have returned to being bland and uninspired.

I've tried other vegan cheeses, but none have come close to matching the taste and quality of Lidl's VEMONDO Italian Style Grated Cheese!
