Isaiah was an essential part of the 3rd floor community as our resident assistant (RA). Known for his empathy, understanding, and leadership, he was not just an RA, but a friend, mentor, and confidante to many. Isaiah made every effort to ensure our dorm felt like a second home, bringing warmth and kindness to everyone he met.

Unfortunately, due to a small mistake, Isaiah was relieved of his duties, leaving a void that has profoundly impacted all of us on the 3rd floor. His dismissal wasn’t just a personnel change; it disrupted the harmony and support network that students heavily relied on. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, especially when their contributions far outweigh the missteps, and Isaiah's case epitomizes this.

Allowing Isaiah to return to his role as an RA will restore the strong community bond and support system that he cultivated. It will also send a powerful message about redemption and understanding—that our institution values the growth and learning journeys of its members.
