Dr. Cohen has been a trusted resource, strengthening family engagement and serving as a bridge between home and school. She has also been a source of support for staff, particularly paraprofessionals, through mediation and professional development. She’s built positive relationships with teachers, paras, and with the lunchroom and custodial staff.

Removing Dr. Cohen from Edison would disrupt relationships and the positive school culture she has helped foster.

We urge district leadership to reinstate  Dr. Cohen's position at Edison so that students, families, and staff can continue to benefit from her support and commitment to the Edison community.
