I'm writing this petition with a heavy heart and a deep sense of injustice. Recently, our beloved Coach Fletcher was wrongfully terminated from her position, and it's tearing our community apart. I have witnessed firsthand the immense positive impact Coach Fletcher has had on her students, both on and off the field. She is more than just a sports coach; she is a mentor, a role model, and a friend to many. Her termination is not only unfair, but it is also a disservice to the students who look up to her. 

Coach Fletcher's termination appears to be the result of targeted actions by the athletic director, who seems to have personal vendettas rather than focusing on the wellbeing of our students. Such unprofessional conduct from someone in a position of power is both unethical and unacceptable. The circumstances of Coach Fletcher's termination lack transparency and fairness, leading many to believe it was a predetermined decision rather than a justified one.

Statistics show that students involved in sports under supportive coaches like Coach Fletcher perform better academically and develop crucial life skills that help them thrive in society. Thus, losing such a dedicated coach would be detrimental to the overall development of our students and could discourage them from participating in school sports altogether.

We want to see Coach Fletcher back in her rightful position, where her can continue to inspire and positively influence the next generation. We are calling on the school administration to conduct a thorough investigation into the circumstances of her dismissal, ensure due process is followed, and ultimately reinstate Coach Fletcher.
