Longwave petition handed in to the BBC

Thank you so much for your support of the Campaign to Keep Longwave. Having exceeded 5000 signatures, we have now handed in the petition to the BBC, alongside 210 of your comments. The petition remains open and continues to attract signatures.

Updates will follow if and when we get a response from the BBC, but we are hopeful that longwave will not be switched off at the end of this month as originally feared, even if the Radio Tele-Switch signal is withdrawn. Meanwhile, the campaign goes on!
