This petition begins with a personal story of our community in Columbia Missouri, battling the taint of miscarried justice, and wrongful accusation. Our attorney, Alex Perry, who stood firm on our behalf, was inexplicably suspended from the bar on April 25, 2025. As if orchestrating a deliberate sabotage of justice, Alex has been grounded in the midst of his thorough and credible investigation into a government case.

On January 23, 2022, he defended cases of attempted murder, each time proving his integrity and commitment to his community. He is of us, he fought for our falsely accused, for our families, and for our community. His relentless pursuit of justice has made him the target of a system we believe is corrupted. The suspension of his license amidst his contentious battle to expose the truth hints at no less than a blatant obstruction of justice. And now, his life even becoming precarious, we can't just stand by. We're fighting with him, for him, because he may be our last hope for justice.

We have over 300 people - witnesses who have suffered as well—ready to vouch for the authenticity of the personal horrors, and numerous instances of untruths that Alex has been working hard to uncover. We seek to mobilize these voices who yearn for the correction of a failing system into a collective roar for justice, a collective demand for the reinstatement of Alex Perry's license to practice law.

They beat me from 12:0 one until 5 o’clock in the morning they destroyed 14 incident reports of the videos audios and I did 10 1/2 months in the county and they got rid of all phone conversations. They changed my identity. I got two booking numbers And they try to do a cover-up.
