Rest in peace, Noah Woods.

Myself and other autistic families and have been hit extremely hard by the tragic passing of Noah Woods, which was a direct result of "elopement" the very autistic trait that necessitates specialist strollers to keep autistic children safe. I had specifically mentioned autistic children eloping and being drawn to bodies of water. 

I have hit a brick wall with this, other than one more avenue via Healthwatch which will take a year to process
