This beloved member of the community was unjustly removed from their position by county commissioners without their consent. The decision has deprived the shelter, the animals, and the community of a compassionate and dedicated professional who had ambitious plans to transform the shelter into a sanctuary for animals, rather than a place where they are condemned.
