Let's keep pushing for this regulation

Unfortunately a regulation to limit idling on school property -- beyond discussions with legislative aides of Assembymembers Richard Bloom, Kevin McCarty and Senator Ben Allen -- did not get serious consideration in the 2019 CA session. We will keep pushing to make this a regulation, now aiming for the 2020 session.
