The Regulate, Control, and Tax Cannabis Act of 2010 has officially qualified for the November 2 ballot in California. 

We have the opportunity to immediately create jobs, help balance our budget, and finally provide a viable alternative to our failed war on drugs -- by voting to legalize and tax cannabis in California.

But to win in November, we have to stand up, be heard, and educate our fellow Californians. And perhaps most importantly: We've got to show up in force at the polls on Election Day.

And we need to start right now -- by pledging to vote for the initiative on November 2.
