In another news, the CPCB's data post Dussehra reflected a steep downfall in pollution in Delhi, as compared to last year. However, within a week, the air quality dipped as 'Delhi struggled for Breath Once Again'.
With the onset of the season of crop burning, coupled with the festivities, the dream to breathe in clean air in Delhi seems far fetched. While Government intervention is required at large-scale levels, individual contributions at smaller levels can also help bring about big changes.
