Subject: Immediate Regularization of Contract and Outsourcing Employees Under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan in Telangana

Dear Sir/Madam,

We, the undersigned contract and outsourcing employees of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) in Telangana, respectfully bring to your kind attention the need for immediate action to regularize our services. For years, we have dedicated ourselves to the noble mission of improving the education system in Telangana. However, despite our contributions, we continue to face employment instability, inadequate remuneration, and the absence of basic job benefits.

Our Appeal:

We request the Government of Telangana to:

1. Regularize the services of all contract and outsourcing employees working under the SSA in Telangana.

2. Ensure equal pay for equal work by aligning our salaries with those of regular government employees.

3. Provide us access to basic welfare benefits, including health insurance, provident fund, and pensions.

4. Establish a clear and transparent policy to address issues related to job security, promotions, and career progression.

Why Regularization is Critical:

Regularizing our employment is not only a matter of justice but also essential to enhance the effectiveness of SSA programs. A secure and motivated workforce is crucial for achieving the goals of quality education, equity, and inclusion. Regularization will help us serve with greater commitment and dedication, knowing that our future is secure.

Our Contribution:

As SSA employees, we work tirelessly in schools, administrative offices, and on the ground to ensure the successful implementation of key educational programs in Telangana. We have played a pivotal role in improving literacy rates, reducing dropout rates, and ensuring access to education for marginalized communities.

Our Request for Immediate Action:

We earnestly urge the Telangana Government to prioritize the regularization of SSA contract and outsourcing employees. This step will not only secure the livelihoods of thousands of employees but also strengthen the education system in the state.

We trust your leadership and vision for a progressive Telangana and are hopeful that our long-pending demand for regularization will be addressed without further delay.
