92% of communities in Massachusetts provide tuition-free full-day kindergarten. Developmentally appropriate full-day kindergarten can offer a more relaxed atmosphere and more opportunities for child-centered, creative activities, as well as more opportunities for developing social skills. Reading has been talking about this for 20 years. It is time to act. 

This petition is to urge our elected officials and school administrators to make this happen. The time is now, with ARPA funds and new leadership. 
Our children are counting on us.
