Support President Obama - STOP Oceguera's Dangerous DINO Run for Congress
The Issue
John Oceguera is a candidate who cannot be trusted to support the policies of our President. He has revealed this in a series of television interviews airing on local Las Vegas television. He refused on camera to support President Obama's two most important pieces of legislation the Affordable Care Act and the economy saving Stimulus package.
This was not just one day on the campaign trail. He did it two days in a row and fails to take any position on the issues.
Please sign this petition to tell Nevada voters that progressive Democratic policies are too important to risk in this election. When another Democratic candidate on the ticket does not support our President it keeps voters home away from supporting our President.
Nevada is a swing state. Every single vote counts. President Obama can't risk any candidate sitting it out, taking the slow walk, when we need every candidate out there to battle full force for our priorities. That leaves no place for candidates whose only priority as shown from these performances is their political career.
Please sign this petition and tell Nevada voters to please take another look beyond Oceguera to other candidates for CD3 on the ballot. As it is better to elect a primary opponent for Joe Heck who is fully and sincerely committed than an empty suit.
Just say NO to John O - Take another look Nevada voters!
