Today some Company's selling land have not included the land in their Balance Sheet. They do it to avoid taxes and there is always suspicion that they do  not really own the land they are selling. Common people buying the land are defrauded by this. We need to ensure that any Company trying to sell the land has it registered in it's name and also has disclosed the land in it's balance sheet to avoid customer's getting cheated
