Here's the issues :

Leo Luster is clearly the strongest Nintendo character, and therefore would be perfect for Super Smash Brothers : Ultimate. 

We know that Reggie has always wanted to put Leo Luster in Super Smash Brothers, and we can finally make his dream come true.
