For 13 years Common Grounds Coffee has been in its current location in Oak Shade Shopping Center, serving drinks, providing a community space, and paying its rent on time. Yesterday the owners of Common Grounds Coffee, Michelle and Sun, were notified that their lease will end as of April 4, 2013. We, the undersigned, ask that their landlord, Regency Centers, allow Common Grounds Coffee to stay in its present location and continue serving the South Davis community.
