On March 24th, 6 - 8pm, for local residents and neighbours to the Central Hill Estate, there will be an open discussion on the alternative to demolishing Central Hill and many other estates:  Retrofitting.  What is it?  How can it be implemented? How could this actually lead to more social housing on the estate than demolishing and rebuilding?

March 26th, at 5pm:  As part of a fringe event of the Crystal Palace Film Festival, Refurbish Don't Demolish will be showing the film, Pruitt-Igoe. It's a look at a community that was torn apart when the housing development was pulled down.  It's free with refreshments and an open discussion at the end.
