It's been three years since Lambeth council declared a climate emergency but has no Climate Action Plan. With only a 37% rating for being prepared for the current and impending climate emergency and Jack Hopkin, our ex-leader, has just left the council to join a property investor, it is time for change.

Stop cutting down trees - stop demolishing council estates - insulate, retrofit every home in the borough, starting with social housing - rent controls - access to growing food to have cheap, local, healthy food - end the strong cabinet system, prise it open to a democratic council system - create a green economy, provide green jobs for a fairer future!
