Thank you if you have signed recently to Refurbish Not Demolish social housing.

Savills have an integral part in destroying social housing.  They survey council and ex-council homes; they published a report in 2016 about how land under social housing is a gold mine; they set up Homes for Lambeth, the borough's housing provider, and even put in planning applications for the demolition and rebuilding of homes on council estates.

They definitely should be out of social housing.  Seeing our homes through the lens of a property developer can only mean one thing - us losing our homes to the wrecking ball.

Can you believe on Mon 21st February, they will be holding seminar on best practice of local authorities in the provision of housing?
