All major parties support environmentally destructive, and socially disruptive demolition and rebuild.  This includes Labour and Conservatives, and to a lesser degree, Lib Dems.  Only the Greens support refurbishing and have signed up to the Retrofit First campaign for council estates across London. 

However, for Southwark and Lambeth, all GLA candidates except Labour support communities such as on Central Hill and oppose whole estate demolition - These include:  Hannah Ginnett for the conservatives, Claire Sheppard for the Greens, and Florence Cyrot for the Lib Dems - but not Labour.  They are the only ones to oppose looking into bring homes up to a decent standard through retrofiting.

In tomorrow's election, vote first choice with your heart, second with your head.
