Battlefield 2042 is the straw that broke the camel's back. We demand a refund for your failure to release a working product (Battlefield 2042) Electronic Arts, not only did you falsely advertise this product, but you knew with all intentions this game did not function when you allowed the pre-order of a season pass bundled into the gold/ultimate edition. You purposely waited to communicate to costumers and update the game into a "functioning" state until after most other retailers return policy was expired. You have a track record of this predatory behavior that stretches years of unfinished, buggy, falsely advertised products with some being annual releases including all EA sports titles, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield V, Battlefront 1&2, Mass Effect Andromeda, Anthem, etc. It's been 3 months since release of battlefield 2042 and for the few who still play this title we still experience hard crashes from your product and laggy / unfunctional servers in a multiplayer only title. Your response is to give us gold / ultimate buyers some cheap skins you already had manufactured or took you 5 minutes to manufacture for a rapidly dying player base so you don't get sued for failure-to-deliver product to your players who pre purchased your season pass? Pathetic.  If you refuse to offer us a refund for our paitaince for holding out on our digital orders, we will boycott all future products that have any relation to the name EA. Your "standard for quality" -EA is trash products, predatory practices, and "surprise mechanics".
