Time's running out for Ali - share our petition to help get him to Australia for palliative care

Thank you for signing our petition calling on the Australian Government to change their decision and bring Ali, a refugee on Nauru who is dying from end-stage cancer, to Australia for end-of-life care. We have already reached over 500 people in just a few hours.
Can you share this email with 5 friends to ensure our voices are heard?
Nauru does not have the proper medical facilities to care for someone who is dying of cancer. Medical facilities in Australian offshore detention have already failed so many refugees, we must not let the Australian Government fail Ali in his final months.
What Ali also needs is folks from his community close by to hold his hand and walk this final mile with him. It is a small enough mercy that he asks for even from a cold and brutal country like ours.
Ali has no one to speak out for him except you and I. We can’t let him die alone and in pain. You can help us by sharing this petition with 5 friends.
Cancer is a universal truth for many - so many of us have lost our family and friends to this incurable disease. As anyone who has watched it take over a person, it’s a horrific burden even with the most sophisticated treatments. Without proper medical treatment, the pain Ali is experiencing is unimaginable.
You can help us reach more supporters to help Ali by sharing our petition with family and friends, by email and on social media.
Together, let's bring Ali to Australia to get him the care he deserves.
Thanks for your support,
Luisa
