On Monday January 17th, 2016 the Atlantic County Chapter of the SPCA received a complaint of two dogs left outside in horrific temperatures.  The one dog, a 4 month old pitbull puppy had frozen to death, and the other dog died that same night from its injuries.   The NEW JERSEY SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS also known and the NJSPCA, the mother agency, received a complaint two weeks earlier about these dogs, investigated, and cleared the owners of any cruelty.  Two weeks later, the Atlantic City SPCA received a complaint, investigated, and found one puppy frozen to death and the other dog emaciated, dehydrated, and with hypothermia.  The dog succumbed to its injuries later that same night. We want the NJSPCA, Chief Frank Rizzo, the Board of Directors, and the agent (who is currently remaining anonymous) charged with the death of these two animals.
