The Winter Park Historic Preservation Board (HPB) coerced a local contractor to pay $100,000 to the city historic grant fund in exchange for their vote.  I was verbally threatened by a sitting board member (see video in complaint to commissioners below).

The city of Winter Park must hold the Historic Preservation Board and city staff accountable for their actions.  They were inappropriate, unethical and likely criminal.  Please sign this petition in support for the City Commission to take action.  

I met with Sheila DeCiccio (Mayor) and Randy Knight (City Manager) on August 26, 2024 and they did nothing.

I texted the video of John Skolfield theatening me to Sheila DeCiccio on October 30th, 2024 and she did nothing.

I emailed City Commission the complaint below on January 3rd, 2025 and they did nothing.

They have not condemned any of the actions of board members and city staff.

I believe the city will most remember their silence and lack of action, and I will do everything I can to make sure they do not forget.
