I am a father who has been unfairly separated from my own daughter, unjustly barred from direct contact due to unfounded accusations. I am one amongst the numerous UK fathers stigmatized and alienated due to the current unjust bias within the British family court system.

Our children are the most affected victims of this system, as they are denied the fundamental right to a relationship with both parents. It is high time that systemic change is demanded for the sake of our children's future. It is a widespread issue - according to Families Need Fathers, as many as 4 million children are growing up without their fathers in the UK.

We propose a reassessment of the British family court setup, striving for equitable treatment of both parents. A focus on the preservation of parental bonds, rather than their severance, should be the goal. We call on the justice system to dismiss unfounded accusations that lead to parental alienation, ensuring children have the legal right to maintain healthy contact with both parents.
