I am grateful for the support and positive messages I have received after posting my previous video shared on ticktock (Professor)

I have also received numerous heartbreaking stories from people who have experienced traumatic loss of access to their children and unfair treatment by the court systems. This overwhelming response has prompted me to consider collective action that can be taken. After careful deliberation, I believe it is time for men in these situations to come together in brotherhood and petition as a whole to take this matter up to look for reform  

My request is for everyone who has faced such matters to sign my petition, which I will attach to the ticktok video. We need to bring to present  these grievances to the proper authorities for reform. Just as gender inequality was an issue for women.

In 2023, the gender equality we see today is vastly misrepresented and slanted towards a woman's favor. It dispossesses a man's right, given by God, to his children and favors financial and custodial balance to the woman in most situations.
The same circumstances are at play in a divorce. 

The grievances I have heard are heart-wrenching, where men haven't seen their kids in years. The emotional trauma, neglect, and abuse that this causes a man is significant. Furthermore, statistical analysis alone shows that men have a much more difficult time working with these matters, as most are predisposed to working full-time to keep up with economic demands for sustainability. They simply do not have the time or resources to challenge a system that is already been brought before a court.
I want to emphasize that my disposition and concerns do not come lightly, and the pouring out of support I have received only reaffirms that my experiences and circumstances are not unique. It is clear from the resounding response that this is a systemic issue that has undermined men's rights for a long period of time. 
Gender inequality is a serious issue, as men have had to make tremendous concessions to equalize the workforce. Meanwhile, the legality of family law and the divorce act has destabilized the traditional family unit.

 

This is not reflective of Canadian values, nor does it represent the morality of our people. It is important to note the significant importance of the word "equality." In a capitalistic society, equality is determined by your level of effectiveness, economics, production, relationship networking, and status.  

However, in a divorce situation where there are two parties, the current system of custody  and resource laws fails to set out an all-encompassing 50/50 law that truly upholds equality. 

If one party contributes significantly while the other contributes minimally, there should not be provisions to split rights, acquisitions, and resources under the guise of marriage short cutting economic activity to be compensated.
Equality needs to take possession of the understanding of the liability and responsibility. each set party has undertaken. The status quo in most situations tends to favor women. 

It is relevant and important to support these arguments with factual evidence and historical data. 
There is evidence to suggest that in the majority of cases, men entering divorce or custody situations often end up in a more deprived state than they were before. They tend to lose a significant amount of resources and accessibility, while also facing a case against them regarding their children. 

In many situations, men have provided a higher percentage of responsibility and liability, yet women tend to leave the court system significantly enriched with more resources, assets, and parental rights then before. 

This outcome does not seem fair in a society that claims to value gender equality. It is crucial to recognize that gender equality should not only be served and protected for women, but it should also be acknowledged and referenced in a fair manner for men. 

By presenting this factual evidence and historical data, it becomes clear that there is a need for a more equitable and balanced approach to divorce and custody cases, ensuring that men's rights are equally considered and protected. 

In a professional manner, I would also like to emphasize the importance of being deliberate in how we consider and interpret things within the court systems. It is crucial to understand that men and women are wired differently, and this impacts how they respond to presumptions and accusations. 

When a presumption or accusation is directed made to a man, it can cause trauma and a strong reaction that can be perceived as aggressive.
Men naturally react strongly to such situations, which women may perceive as aggressive. However, it is important to recognize and understand that the dynamics of how men perceive and react to situations are significantly different from women. 

If a man is threatened with financial ruin or difficulty accessing his children, being labeled as hostile, argumentative, or confrontational is a complete distortion of the circumstances without referencing the causation. 

 It is essential to acknowledge that there are men, like myself, who may react strongly on subjects they are passionate about. This is a result of our protective mindset, which is often perceived as aggressive due to our biological makeup. 

However, it is crucial to note that the court system and some women may perceive this angle differently. Tactics  used may utilize, manipulate, deceive, and instigate long-term planning with meticulous steps to dispossess or bind a partner. It becomes easier to identify when a man is acting with ill intent, but it is also important to understand why he may be reacting the way he is. 

In a professional context, I have observed and heard of numerous instances where men have been falsely accused and subjected to clever notions and whitewash labels designed to discredit them. Here are some examples of the abuse that men may face: 

1. A Strong and confident male: Men who display strength and confidence are often labeled as narcissists. This label is used to undermine their credibility and dismiss their valid concerns. 

2. Reacting in anger: If a man reacts in a way that is perceived as angry, he is often accused of having anger control issues. This accusation is used to invalidate his emotions and dismiss any legitimate grievances he may have. 

3. Financial planning: Men who are attentive to financial planning are sometimes labeled as financially abusive. This label is used to undermine their financial decision-making abilities and paint them as manipulative or controlling. 

4. Traditional Christian beliefs: Men who hold traditional Christian beliefs are sometimes unfairly labeled as sexists. This label is used to discredit their values and dismiss their perspectives, without considering the nuances of their beliefs. 

It is important to recognize that these labels and accusations can be harmful and unjust. It is essential to approach each situation with an open mind, considering of the individual circumstances and motivations involved, 

 

rather than making sweeping generalizations or assumptions based on stereotypes.

 

there seems to be  a persistent  approach to  pull apart the foundation of a family  and reassigned authority. 

 In fairness  and equality  the circumvention  methods used  by clever females  should be noted meticulously and covertly attacking while claiming abuse and victimship. Systemically attacking character and position in life  has to take equal presidence  and it often goes overlooked or not looked at all . 

 these are  large  areas of  concern  and  part of my reasoning  of preparing this petition. 

 For  all these  talked about  points  clarify  reform is imminent and required  since the scales of justice are not balanced. 
I am fortunate enough to have resource and knowledge to fight this but many don't. 

Eluding to my early video  

I am also excited to share my progressive endeavor in developing and implementing a system tailored to my unique approach in fighting this battle.
 Currently, I am in the process of developing systems that incorporate AI and Python programming. 
These systems are designed to streamline the core processes, providing both you and me with factual evidence, relevant case law, analysis of laws, and various effective communication methods. 

One of the key goals of these systems is to eliminate the need for an expensive and time-consuming process, all while representing and coordinating according to your specific perspective and circumstances. The design is focused on efficiency, ensuring that we can attack the issue head-on while considering the factual set of circumstances. 

Furthermore, I have plans to deploy administrative assistants and paralegal support at a later stage, concurrent with my approach. Ehancing the overall effectiveness of my approach. Although I cannot share too many details about system.
rest assured that I have multiple systems deployed through various avenues, all aimed at achieving maximum efficiency and effectiveness in the long run. 

The system is my comprehensive and all-encompassing project. Currently, I am in the process of developing a prototype beta version of a set of systems that can serve as a valuable tool or service and assist those in need. It is important to clarify that this is not a business defined as a legal law business.
Instead, it will be a community resource aimed at educating and providing time management and coaching support with optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Various automated techniques will be implemented to enhance the assistance provided. 

To further support users, I will engage sourced administrative assistants who can provide aid in relevant matters like filling out forms,as well as trusted paralegals who share a passion for the cause. I will simply offer tools and resources tailored to the current landscape of these challenging situations minimizing time constraints. 
As a testament I can say I have accumulated  vast amount of knowledge in a short period of time. Cut law processes down and formulated forms for various angles in a snippet of time.
in closing  I want to  circle back to the petition  as you can see  with my planning  and the way my mind works  I am looking  at all feasible angles  to bring back a course of Justice in my life  and provide a blueprint for others to do the same 

The number one  most powerful tool  we have at our disposal though is community

The body  of people statistically  in this country  to remain in victimhood  and treat each as isolated cases  serves no  purpose and is unwise.  

I believe this is a small course of action that anybody that is an agreement with what I say  we'll see it see to it to spend 15 seconds out of your day to sign  it is not a natural state for a man  to act  in victimhood  or feel isolated  we as a collective are not victims  and then it's time to be proactive  and engage in this battle  instead of reacting  individually on isolated occasions 

this petition could be the beginning of the utilization of the most powerful  resource we have which is us  in Unity in Cause.
